​ We aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, our return policy applies as follows: 

1. Return Eligibility 

You can request a return if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • The product is different from the description
  • Wrong item/size delivered
Note: Items like innerwear, accessories, and discounted products are not eligible for return. 

2. Return Window 
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. 

3. Return Conditions​
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags, packaging, and bill must be intact
4. Refund Process 
After inspection, the refund will be issued:
  • As store credit OR
  • To the original payment method (if applicable)
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days 

5. Exchange​ 
Exchange is subject to product availability. 

6. Cancelation​
